I recently completed my forklift certification with United Forklift Certification, and I am beyond impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, the process was organized and highly professional, and the training I received was exceptional.

Jeanette, my instructor, was incredibly professional and patient throughout the training. She took the time to thoroughly explain all the necessary operational and safety procedures, ensuring I understood every aspect before moving forward. In addition, she provided me with additional hands-on training on a variety of forklifts, including Sit-Down, Stand-Up, Cherry Picker, Clamp, Electric Pallet Jack, and Pallet Stacker. Her personalized approach made sure I was confident and comfortable operating each machine, and her expertise truly elevated the learning experience.

I also want to give a special mention to Oscar, another trainer at United Forklift Certification. He was extremely helpful in providing detailed information about the different types of forklifts, offering insightful walkthroughs of their features and functionality. Oscar also ensured that I had a solid understanding of OSHA regulations, which was critical in making me feel well-prepared for real-world applications.

The combined efforts of Jeanette and Oscar made my certification process both enjoyable and educational. I left feeling confident and fully equipped with the knowledge and skills I need to safely operate a wide range of forklifts. Henry the trainer was really knowledgeable and thorough when teaching me how to use the electric pallet jack and sit down forklift. I also appreciate how I was given plenty of time to practice and improve my technique with the equipment without feeling rushed. On top of that, the price was reasonable so I would recommend this place for anyone interested in getting forklift certified.

This place sucks. They want you to pay 50$ to watch OSHA videos that you can find on YouTube. They don't even train you to operate any of the vehicles. The certificate is just a laminated card that is berly readable.

I was very disappointed in the training I received at United Forklift by Jeanette. She was very rude and disrespectful and belittled me because I wasn’t learning fast enough which she compared me to her child. I told her I didn’t appreciate her attitude and she never apologized. I definitely would not recommend anyone to use their services. Jeanette behaved in an unprofessional manner and should not be tolerated.

Le doy 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ a Don Óscar tuve el gusto de hablar un rato y es una persona muy amable, muy claro al explicar lastima que ya no de las clases.
El señor Henry es muy enredado al explicar, habla mucho de cosas que no sienten sentido y eso aburre la clase. La maquina sentada no funciona bien hay que apagarla y volver a encenderla para que funcione 😏
