While it's a little weird to be able to go push on some mannequins at any hour of the day, once I got to the building (during daylight hours), I can see that it's very secure and easy to do. The course online was good, and allowed for quickly finishing parts you already know, and thoroughly reviewing anything you are not 100% on. I definitely recommend this for people who don't have a lot of free time to spend taking an in person Basic Life Support class. I didn't take any of the many other classes offered, but they appeared to be good as well. (P.S. Poor baby mannequin has multiple problems, as they often do. Not a critique of the facility!!!)

I renewed my AHA BLS certification through their hybrid course (online and in-person). The online module was self-paced and engaging. The in-person skills session on the mannequin was convenient and fun! The mannequins were clean, new, and state-of-the-art.

I got my certification card within minutes of completing the course. 10/10.

Perfect for people with busy schedules! You can complete the online portion on your own time and can complete the skills session at any time of night or day. The office staff were very nice and helpful. Online instructions were very clear and informative. Will definitely be returning!

Took both the in-person NRP course as well as the Hybrid PALS course. Both were super informative and easy to comprehend. Stefanie (the instructor for NRP) was so personable, helpful and easy to learn from. I would recommend taking this course to anyone who needs to renew their certification, especially for those going to work in a hospital that utilizes RQI mannequins in-house for routine skill refreshers as part of their employment.
