We hired Perry Johnson Registrars to do our audit ISO 9001:2015 audit. After signing the contract they changed the scope of the audit and decided to charge us an additional $1,600 fees. I was uncomfortable with the extra charge since this charge was not based on any new information that was not provided in our initial quote. We decided to fire them and they still charged us with a $1,200 fees for doing no work and cancelling the contract. Please do not walk - RUN away from this company. We were able to find a much better auditor at a much more reasonable price who was also pleasant to work with.
