Took my exam yesterday. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Test prep was also easy. Highly recommend.

The Proctor who helped me with my exam was very cold and did not seem welcoming. Although, She did know how to do her job and was efficient when it came to problem solving. The server kept crashing on me, and caused me to lose time on my exam.

I just took my first final exam on Get Certified from home, and I was pleased with the proctor for the exam. She explained everything in a timely fashion, and I was able to breeze through the exam with no issues and I PASSED! Thank you Get Certified to making it possible to take exams at home for online students!

The experience was disappointing. I was not given any prior list of what would be included in the exam so therefore I ended up taking the wrong exam. I took the expert version when I should have taken the beginner version. I signed up originally for the intermediate version, but apparently that doesn't exist. I hope to be able to re-take the exam but only taking the beginner version. Clearly, I did not pass the exam on the first try.

Very simple, quick and easy to get the exam going. Just joined the zoom link they emailed me and it was smooth sailing from there. Exam software is not too slow either.

The proctor was very rude and had little to no patience, she was over talking me and suggested that I reschedule the test because I thought I had forgot the password. Her name is jrobinson and I wouldn't recommend her proctor no one. By the way I still pass the exam.
