Terrible!!! I completed my masters program and they gave me the run around all summer. After I paid and actually paid for my license they now told me now I need another course!!! I didn’t hear anything about me needing another course all summer until now that I applied! The way schools in Georgia are set up you would think the would be giving out certification.

I recently went through the process of renewing my certificate and found that it was taking longer than I had anticipated. In my moment of concern, I decided to reach out and speak with a representative named Leandra. She was extremely helpful and went out of her way to check my account to ensure that I had all of the necessary documents. This was a huge relief for me, especially since my certificate was set to expire at the end of the month. I'm grateful to Leandra, and want to give her a big shout-out for her excellent customer service.

Each encounter and process I've had to deal with utilizing GAPSC's services were professional and efficient. Each representative I've spoken with were knowledgeable about my process. The certification process is online which is convenient. I still question some of the turnaround times but overall haven't had any issues.

I must say that the experience was great. While completing the registration process I was able to get immediate and timely feedback from the support team. This aided to relief my anxiety especially at times when I needed the assistance they responded to my email request almost immediately.

The response to my email with questions about certificate renewal where answered immediately and in detail. It was after hours and I was surprised to get a response so quickly. I had further questions and tried to call but the wait time that was given to me was over 30 minutes which is nice to know if you are going to be waiting. I emailed for clarification and again received an immediate response with explanation. If I had to give a tip, I would say email instead of call because my experience was very good with the email and the respondent seemed to understand exactly what I was looking for. Also, I have it in writing should I need to refer back to the information later.

The website is definitely not user friendly, when you call the number to try to talk to someone the automated voice just rambles to let you know which area to choose. Then when you choose your category, the atomated voice gives more information. YOU NEVER SPEAK TO A LIVE PERSON!!! ( I called on the days that the website say their open) then when I tried to email several times, the message that comes up is "this page is an error" I couldn't even talk to tech support!!! How in the world am I supposed to get documents together to become a certified teacher, if the people who NEED teachers can't even direct you in right direction? I'm very disappointed in this whole process!

I have contacted this agency several times in attempts to get answers to my questions. Each time I call or email I am given the "run around" and none of my questions are answered. I have spoken to Kristin, Hannah, Jasmine, Kim, Melina, and Cynthia in the past few months. They have all been extremely pleasant, even when (admittedly) my tone becomes unpleasant. The problem is I get a different answer each time or no answer at all.

My last call, which was this morning, I asked to speak with a supervisor. They did not transfer my call and said they would call me back. I was told to send them an email, which only allows 1,000 character. My questions exceed the character limit. As of this review, I have not received a call back.

I love GaPSC! I had the pleasure of encountering Ms. Etta! She was so kind, professional, knowledgeable, and able to help me move through my renewal process. I called on a Friday, completed the simple steps with-did I say-with Ms. Etta? She stayed on the line with me to be sure I was clear and completing. By Wednesday I was receiving an email. She understood my confusion, did not make me feel stupid for not having read all the directions-did not even mention it..but, I did figure if I had read all directions, I could have not had to call GaPSC.:) Ms. Etta, you are appreciated beyond measure!!!! Thank you!
