Rashida Grant was the real estate agent my retired parents used to list their rental apartment. Rashida was extremely patient, helpful, open, transparent and reliable through the entire process. She understood my parents’ needs from the very first apartment viewing. Rashida was absolutely wonderful to work with after having a disappointing and unpleasant experience with another agent. She was honest and forthright-no games. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty and integrity were very much appreciated. We will definitely use her services in the future.

It's hard to know where to begin with how amazing Rashida is. She's incredibly insightful and warm, and invested in what you want and need. I was originally looking to buy in Brooklyn or Queens, but she convinced me to check out a beautiful place in Washington Heights. I don't know how she knew, but the second I stepped into the unit, I knew I was home. Then she made me check out two others in different areas just to be sure! Rashida is thorough, punctual, and incredibly responsive over phone, text, and email. When my first loan fell through, she was right on top of putting me in touch with several others. Not only that, she and my attorney were able collaborators who took great care of me. I've recommended Rashida at least a dozen times to friends over the last year, and if I ever look to buy in the city again, she'll be my first call. After all, she got me home.

I recently relocated through work from the Midwest to New York City. Starting with my first interaction with her, I was extremely impressed with Rashida’s professionalism and support. She was helpful throughout the entire process and patient through my many questions. She significantly reduced stress for me, and helped to swiftly find a place that I adore and in a perfect location. I highly recommend Rashida as an agent- one of the best in the industry that I’ve worked with! Thank you Rashida for everything.

Working with Rashida was pleasant. Selling a home can be very stressful but she made it seem easy. She was attentive and kept me updated. The staff at ERA was also pleasant to work with.

One of the most professional, hard working, honest individuals you will ever come across. Rashida went above and beyond to make sure I closed on my place regardless of the hurdles we encountered. When she says she will get it done, she gets it done. I truly can't thank her enough for making the whole process so smooth and easy.
