The instructor (Ken) was straight to the point and very honest. The scenarios he described are realistic and you can tell he takes his job and the safety of those around him seriously. He wants you to succeed, while saving a life and keeping you, the patient, and everyone present safe.
Very nice and informational class.

Ken was a great instructor for our CPR class. While we didn’t need it for work, we wanted to attend before we have a child. It was extremely informative, and he provided humor to get you through the longer class time. I feel a lot more confident now on baby CPR / Choking as well as normal emergency situations.

I recently took a CPR class with Instructor Ken, and unfortunately, it was not a positive experience. He lacked patience and seemed to expect us to grasp techniques immediately after watching a video and receiving a brief explanation. Instead of providing calm, constructive feedback, he often became frustrated, especially with one student, singling her out with criticism rather than support. While he offered more guidance to others, his treatment of this student felt unnecessarily harsh, which affected the overall learning environment. Additionally, it seems the high number of 5-star reviews here might be influenced by the promise of a free face mask in exchange for a positive review. Based on my experience, I won't be returning to this location, especially if Ken is the instructor.
