Jessie is thorough and knowledgeable. Also, her voice isn't mousy/insecure/shy. She projects and speaks with confidence as she quickly answers questions students have. I'm about to go back to school for my Masters and I honestly wish she could teach all my classes. Thank you, Jessie!

Jessie was an amazing instructor. Energetic and engaging on a Monday evening. She was on time, efficient and above all knowledgeable. She was great at covering the content and answering question. Overall, it was a great experience. I don’t know if this is the place to address a concern about the calendar on the online sign up page. It is a Monday through Sunday calendar and I didn’t catch that until I showed up Sunday evening for the class and no one was there. I do not get off work until 6:30p M-F, so was excited when I thought there was a Sunday class. As it was, I was able to ask off an hour early and just made it; traffic so bad that time of day. To the powers that be a weekend class would be of benefit.

The course material was presented clearly. The practical exercises were carried out and corrected by everyone. Every question was answered satisfactorily. The course leader Yessi did a really good job and was not put off by the technical difficulties at the beginning. I can only recommend the course to everyone.

I attended a CPR certification class on Saturday, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. The instructor, Jessie, was incredibly rude and unprofessional throughout the entire session. At one point, she publicly told a student that she was "scared" for her to go out into the real world, instead of offering constructive feedback or support. This was not only unnecessary but also embarrassing for the student involved.
Jessie also called out another student in front of the class, saying she "looked lost," which felt completely uncalled for and unprofessional. Her attitude was dismissive and harsh rather than encouraging or helpful.
Additionally, there were several concerning mistakes made. Jessie repeatedly referred to atrial fibrillation as "arteriol fibrillation"—a significant error for someone teaching a class on shockable rhythms. As someone who is expected to teach life-saving techniques, this was not the level of professionalism I would expect.
When I asked her if the class was for recertification, she responded with a rude tone, telling me not to "expect special treatment." This response only added to the negative experience.
There are other negative reviews about Jessie that were supposedly resolved, but clearly, the issues persist. It's disappointing to see that these problems continue to affect the class.

Jessie’s CPR class was outstanding. The course was highly informative and well-structured, and she provided a complete understanding of CPR procedures. Her quick and efficient teaching style, combined with the American Heart Association certification, made it entirely worth it. Highly recommended!

Great experience at CPR Certification Miami! The instructor, Jessie, was awesome and explained everything in a manner where it was very easy to understand and learn. If you need to get your CPR certification, this a great place to get it!
