I would give a negative 10 for my experience with customer service. I told the company that when I signed up my internet page froze .so because of this I booked a second time thinking it was the only one. I asked for a refund and didn't hear anything till the next week. Over the weekend I would go to one class obviously not the other...and when it came time for the class it was canceled. I needed this for work. I reached out and they refused to issue me a refund for the 2 classes and then I complained again and they said they would refund me but charge me 20 for each class I missed. Horrible customer care because this business does not value me as a possible returning customer as every 2 years we need to have recertification.

Only experience is at Irving, Tx. location with Instructor Ruth K: Please find a different place for yourself or staff members. The website is tricky and does not offer First Aid with CPR, I had to look around and click on different links and then pay extra for First Aid. I decided to cancel, since they weren't offering first aid with CPR, NO REFUNDS they said, no refunds the day of purchase, or after, or ever. Then the day of training: 1. Doors were locked at location at start time. 2. phone calls and emails to inquire were answered with confusion and no confirmation of us enrolled. 3. Instructor arrived 10 minutes late. 4. Training was inadequate, especially for an initial certification, luckily our staff was re-certification. 5. After 30 days of calling all the phone numbers and leaving messages with multiple people, we finally received our CPR cards after calling someone in Kentucky. Unfortunately it was too late, staff's current CPR cards expired a few days ago. This was very unfortunate.

It was easy to learn and understand, held my interest with the public speakers way better than the videos I was taught with before. I would be doing my BLS certification with them again!
