WARNING: ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM! I’ve seriously never left a bad review before on any business but I have to put this warning out there.
First, they rescheduled my class last minute to Sunday Nov 9th at 10am, to which I replied according to instructions that I will be there.
I get to the 3333 building, ask the security to let me in, and get up to the 3rd floor by 10:06-10:07. The sign for suite 300 isn’t there, just a Bee on the wall indicating the industrious building. I ring the bell, knock on the doors for 3 minutes… no one responds. Out of desperation I call the Irvine CPR number at 10:10 and they tell me that they will forward my information to the instructor. They call me back at 10:18, and they tell me class has already started and I am not allowed into the class because I wasn’t at the location within the 10 minute grace period. This is me siting literally outside the suite since 10:07, waiting and calling the numbers I had available. This is so unprofessional and they said they’d be issuing a refund but please save yourself the time and DO NOT book through this program. See the picture for proof that I called and was at the location within that grace period, and they called me 8 minutes later to tell me this absolute ridiculousness.

This class was amazing I had fun the instructor was soo sweet and she was willing to read out loud to me to help me understand the text better she was amazing
