I paid this company $4000 for a CISSP Boot Camp. I paid for one in Chicago where I had to purchase my hotel and flights where they canceled the Friday before the class was supposed to start that Monday. Rescheduled for a Dallas class where they did the same thing on barely any notice Where again I was out of luck on the purchases of my flights and hotels. After a bunch of time trying to convince them that they should at least give me some discount or some money back for doing this not only once but twice they finally agreed to give me $1000 back And they basically ghosted me at this point. The website clearly states that it’s 100% pass guarantee and satisfaction guaranteed. I’m clearly not satisfied and I failed my exam and they still refuse to give me anything back. They don’t respond to any of my emails. It seems like they’re screening my calls because every time I call during business hours they don’t answer the phone. It’s been a complete nightmare working with this company. Please stay away.
