Place is a joke. Led me on the whole time . It seemed great at first, the doctor got back quick but that was the last time I spoke to anybody. They filled out my application wrong and there is no one to contact for help by phone , only emails tht they don't return. My application was denied. Thanks for nothing.

2024- first time renewing with them. Paid extra for “help” with the application. Didn’t get any help, so I submitted the application myself. I ask for a refund of the “fee” and was told no problem on 3/21, it is now 3/28 and I have not received any response.

(2022)process was Efficient, easy, decently priced and I didn’t even have to leave my house. Customer service was great (gave 5 stars)

These people are awesome! The doctor I saw was genuinely empathetic & caring. The entire process was pretty fast and within 2 days (from start to finish) I was approved by the state and received my medical card. I will definitely be renewing with them again when the time comes! It was all done online too which made it super convenient 🙂 As a word of advice, just be sure to quickly and accurately provide your info the first time so as not to cause any delays. If you follow directions & reach out to them when/if you need help, the process should be easy & seamless

It took a week not a few hours or days. I am still waiting for a call back 4 days later. No response to any emails or text since I paid them. I am worried. ?. 01/11 still waiting for a response, no card yet...Thursday 2/12 and still no card, no phone call, email or text. It is now stuck at the state level for 24 hours. No one contacted me, no one seemed to really care if I had a problem. Finally got it today.

Doctor was late to virtual appt. Said I would receive a message shortly and never got it. Tired to talk to someone in their chat on the website said someone was available sent my message and 2 minutes late got a message that said “sorry we missed you” Tried to call the phone number the automatic message is telling me to call during business hours which I did so I went back to the virtual waiting room so I can ask the doctor. Just for her to tell me some time later. And got upset that I went back on to ask. Sorry I didn’t get the information the first time and was looking for it. Just rude and felt like I was an inconvenience. Affordable which is great. Haven’t gotten the message still so will come back with an update.

I wasn't sure at first tbh, but after the simple online process with just a few steps i was already in a via video call with Doctor Robert's. Really educated me on my symptoms and gave me knowledge i was lacking. I applied on a Friday and got my card Tuesday. 100% Recommended for NEW patience. Did i mention how easy it was!? And the staff are super nice and helpful!

After submitting medical documentation & reviewing my medical history with the doctor I was approved. However, after making payment my account still shows "awaiting payment". So I have not received my physicians certification to send to the State. I called, spoke to an individual who was "going to check, and refresh the system" but after 31:15 seconds, I had to hang up. Over 30 minutes on hold!!!!!!! Do not recommend, go elsewhere. Like I'm going to have to do also...........and eat the $99 dollars I have paid them. Go gamble instead.....at least you'll have a chance of winning something!

First, it wasn’t this location. I scheduled two separate appointments with MMJforless. Each time I got on before my scheduled time and waited approximately 30 minutes. Nothing. I tried calling. Nothing. I tried their chat room. Again, nothing. Save yourself time and aggravation. If it sounds too good to be true…..
