I took my class at 705 Gold Lake Drive, Suite 250 Folsom, CA. The instructor was very kind and knowledgeable about the subject. but he should not have allowed children in the class. There was a lady in my class with a child who spent the entire class distracting us. I am sure the mother did not pay attention to the entire class because she was busy attending to the child. The child spent the entire class eating, standing, and walking around the room. It was so annoying. The instructor stopped the class and called the mother's attention, but the child continued to distract the class. I know it is hard. I am a mother too, and I love children, but there are places, and this was not the right time or place for a child. If I had been the instructor, I would have asked the mother to leave the class and come back next week without the child and to have some respect for the rest of the class, which we also paid to take this course.

I had a great experience in the BLS class with Joe! You can tell he enjoys his job. He took the time to answer questions, made sure we felt good about each process, and was personable. If you could choose an instructor, I would definitely pick him!

Joe was amazing!! I have taken many CPR classes over the years, and this had to be the best one I have ever had! He made it entertaining, which kept us engaged. He also was very good about making things more user friendly as far as terminology and making things very easy to understand. Would highly recommend!

Joe Gilman was amazing. I enjoyed learning from him. He made me feel more confident in case of an emergency. From the time you walked in to the time it was done I was able to understand all the steps and I’m more comfortable to give check-call-care. In the upcoming years I definitely will take his class as well let other know to join his class.

My daughter and I took a First Aid/CPR class with Max, and it couldn't have gone better! He made everything really accessible and interesting, provided additional information and tips from his personal experience, and was great at answering any questions that the class had. Would definitely recommend him as an instructor to anyone and would take a class from him again in the future.

This past Saturday, I completed the blended learning Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED course and I would recommend the experience to anyone. The online portion was great because you could move at your own speed and do it over a period of time instead of in one sitting. And the in-person portion was great -- especially with our instructor Pamela. Pamela truly made the course and helped our small group of 8 open up and feel comfortable on a Sunday morning. She was relatable, realistic, kind and funny and most importantly knowledgable. I would definitely take another class with her!

I needed to get my CPR certification done, and I took the class they had available in Spokane, WA.

Everyone involved in the training were the whole package: knowledgable about and experienced with the subject, engaging and personable as educators, and understanding when I had confusion about the paperwork/logistics.

Highly, highly recommended.
