I scheduled an appointment for Sunday and the long weekend. Sir Gerardo was extremely accommodating, patient, and knowledgeable. Because this was my first time doing a BLS, he patiently walked me through the training and showed me how to do it on a dummy. Through this amazing instructor, I gained confidence! Great customer service! I was in need of immediate BLS and Gerardo was able to respond to my email rapidly, no other provider responded but he did! His hours are great and is available within ones schedule, which is a huge plus when being in the medical field. Definitely recommend! Thank you for your service! Will be returning if I need any other certifications in the future.
