Procedure was done in a timely manner. Nurses and staff were friendly and efficient. Family was given results but coming out of anesthesia I can’t remember speaking personally with my doctor. Would have liked to speak to him myself when I was more alert.

Great costumer service from the office staff. Great bedside manners from the nurses, especially from Dr Livingston, she explained the procedure in detail with kindness. The Anesthesiologist I had was also great. I would definitely return.

My experience with this center was great! The staff works as a team preparing you for your procedure. The beds there are so comfortable! Once in the room for your procedure, the staff let's you know everything their doing. All good stuff going on at this center. 5 stars!

My procedure was successful. The staff is very professional and organized. They took care of all of my concerns. Dr Aujla is very skilled and knowledgeable in her profession. I was so impressed by the their patient care and ease of the whole process.

I don’t remember going there. My son went. I was impressed by one of the other nurses that was passing by and heard the machine beeping and checked my son because his blood pressure was high and rising. She figured out that the cuff was on his ankle and switched it to his arm. The machine quit beeping and his blood pressure was normal . Bless her heart for helping him when he was not her patient.

I had a positive experience. From check in to being taken back went quickly. As soon as my IV was in, they took me for my proceedure. Everything went smoothly. When I woke up I was given a diet pepsi which was wonderful since I had fasted. I got dressed and went home. At every step in my proceedure they kept my husband informed. Over all, a nice experience.

Overall experience was good. Almost every one I came in contact with was very nice and kind. I was the last patient of the day for a colonoscopy and the doctor was running about 45 minutes behind. That was not a plus for my anxiety. Because I was the last patient of the day I felt like the nurses in the procedure room were ready to go home and weren't as attentive as the rest of the staff I came into contact with. I felt like their bedside manner was short and rushed. I feel like each patient should receive the same level of care no matter if you are the 1st or the last patient and I didn't get that experience in the procedure room. I would however recommend this facility and would definitely recommend Dr Kim. She took her time with me and explained in detail the procedure and what to expect.

Everyone was attentive, professional, happy while doing their jobs. The Center is run like a fine oiled machine that is working together to give patients their best experience. The facility is very clean and organized.
