there is 2 people in line when I arrived. And its only took arround 10 minutes to be in line and I spent less than 5 minutes to get my daughter certificate. Thankyou..

I specifically called to confirmed if they are open and operational as I came last week and their printers were down. They assured me that the location was open and after driving 45 minutes I came to find out they are closed because their printer is not working.

I called the number, which put me on a 10 minute hold then a voice recording came up saying the phones are busy and but you can remain on hold to speak to the operator and immediately hung up. Why make people wait 10 minutes before a recording and why have a recording say you can remain on hold to speak to someone and hang up the second message is over… horrible experiance

Negative review...I called to find out some information about getting a copy of my son's birth certificate and spoke with a woman named Paula and this woman was very condescending and dismissive and when I told her how she was making me feel she giggled and said well my name is Paula as if so what if you complain nothing will happen and she is probably right but I think it is just time for us to start fighting back somehow bc customer service has gotten so bad that everyone feels like they can be rude and they have no consequences and that should not be the case! If I have to be polite you should also need to be polite at your job or maybe find a new one!! Just my opinion

Such a horrible experience! Just had my daughter. I have been waiting 5 months for a birth certificate! I’ve been calling calling and calling and they have you wait 5 min on hold to tell you that you can wait on the line or come in person and then hang up right after that… it happens no matter what time you call. So now after ordering online I need to go in person to try to receive a birth certificate…please provide better service this is ridiculous.

This place is the best!

First off, this is the ONLY vital records office in or around Denver that accepts walk ins, you do NOT need an appointment! Amazing and yes please make my life easier.

Second, I originally ordered my child's birth certificate online, and my total came out to close to $80! Thankfully some kind soul at the actual vital records office called to tell me something was missing from my application and then suggested I go in person to pickup the birth certificate, to avoid the ridiculous charge from ordering it online (yes save me some money!).

Stopped by today to get my child's birth certificate, was in an out in under 15 minutes. The gal that helped me was awesome and very helpful.

I will never order a birth certificate online every again, as long as I am in Colorado. If you can physically go to this facility I say do it, you will save SO much money going here instead of ordering online.
