I recently attended a CPR training course, and while I appreciate the opportunity to learn such valuable life-saving skills, I was disappointed by the instructor’s approach. From the beginning, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. When we greeted her with a ‘good morning,’ she responded by asking us to leave the conference room and wait in the lobby, and she did so in a tone that came across as unnecessarily rude. Even when more people arrived and tried to greet her, her responses felt curt and dismissive.
Once the class began, the instructor’s demeanor didn’t improve. Her manner of speaking to the group was often harsh and condescending, as though she assumed we had no prior knowledge or understanding. She frequently cut people off when they tried to answer her questions, which made it difficult to engage or ask clarifying questions. This tone felt discouraging and created a tense learning environment, which isn’t what I expected from a CPR course where clear communication is so important.
I believe this class would benefit from a more respectful, supportive approach from instructors to create a positive and engaging learning experience. CPR training is something that could help save lives, and a respectful, patient instructor can make all the difference.

Great learning experience compared to my other classes. I liked the extra tips about adding the time on the forehead and writing yourself a note for times of all events. I also liked the added info for pregnant women.

Instructor was 30 minutes late to open the class. She was rude, abrasive, kept skipping video lessons to talk about herself and then when I missed questions she chastised me and looked at me like I should know it. I only came to learn CPR for my infant and thank God I pressed and asked questions or I feel I would be inadequately taught how to save her life. Don't know her last name but if you get Leslie ask for a refund or be subject to an ego and constant interruptions talking about herself or how bad Emergency Service responders are at their jobs.
