I truly appreciate the unique and game changer profile that this company offers to medical professionals in Texas. From a small office to an Accredited Training Center with multiple locations growth in record time. Why? Because their focus is first placed in saving lives by faithfully teaching effective life saving techniques for CPR, BLS , ACLS, PALS and other courses. Fully accredited by AHA and Red Cross with flexible scheduling. Yes indeed, even for the fearful ones of the mega codes that reschedule to study more 😀 . Things I love about the company: The lead instructors keep their word, are ethical, driven professionals, with high values that permeate the company's business model. The instructors encourage you, facilitate and strengthen your learning experience in a low stress environment that boosts your confidence in knowing that your learned skills will help to save a life. I am starting my 3rd round of certifications with them. This company is a Jewel in the city and highly recommended. Thank you Miss. Tryna, Mr. Ray, and all staff. Rubi Davida, R.N.

I want to share my great experience with everyone about the great service and communication I had with Texas Save A Life.

First, due to COVID-19, I am grateful that they are limiting the number of students per class. They also made modifications with the "dummy" used during class to ensure everyone stays safe. They had bottles of hand sanitizer everywhere and everyone wears a mask at all times.

Second, they were prompt with replying to my emails and answered all of my questions.

Best of all, after having to reschedule due to the freezing temperatures, TX Save A Life was able to meet with me at 9:00 pm (yes, 9:00 pm) for one-on-one training! I mean who does that now a days?

I highly recommend them for anyone needing their professional services.

I obtained my BLS Certification last week for an upcoming employment contract. My instructor, Tryna, was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and professional. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and was very patient with me. I highly recommend this organization to anyone looking to become certified. Thank you again Tryna, you are awesome 🙂

This company is disorganized. I paid the $75 deposit to get the book and study for the course. I have had my ACLS before but I let it go, so I have to retake the course as a first timer. We originally had to reschedule this course because they forgot to send me the link to take the online portion the night before my scheduled day. Since I've taken this course before I knew iy did not have time to complete this online part that night for my scheduled time at 8 am the next day. THEY kept rescheduling me multiple times and I need this course to get travel nurse opportunities for the type of unit I'm applying for. I lost bids for two jobs waiting for them so I can take the course. I had to move things around for their availability but they kept rescheduling. I decided I need to go with another company to take this course. When speaking with Tryna and Kennedy for my refund they only gave me $21 back from my deposit. They blamed me for so the rescheduling issues. FYI we communicated via email and they could look back and see everytime they rescheduled on me for two weeks.

Right now I know it's hard finding locations that are offering this course, especially for first timers. I signed up through EPCC for $180 for the course with the book, the online portion and the in person portion. They have set days and I had no hassle signing up.

In response to your response below ?. I tried to talk with you guys via email and you just stopped responding. Please do not try to sound like you explored all options. I thought long and hard about placing this google review and I felt people need to know of other options so they do not get stuck in the same situation your company put me through.

Absolutely shameful and deplorable. Have heard unfavorable things about this group, but thought I would give them a try. When I texted them today to just confirm the appointment that was made last week and make sure once more that they are, in fact, BLS providers, an unprofessional, ignorant person didn't even know my appointment time and texted back, "We've answered that question multiple times.Feel free to go somewhere else!" Someone evidently got on their high horse and is so insecure that they don't know how to handle themselves personally or professionally. I have heard some bad things about them, but now I understand why. Would never recommend engaging in something as critical as CPR with individuals who are so mean and ignorant that they can't even behave in a professional manner and answer a question without becoming unreasonable defensive and insecure and so unprofessional. The owner can simply reference the text to confirm this. The individual doing the texting public relations does nothing to flatter your business. If you can't even intelligently answer a simple question like that - which is reasonable for someone to ask - without going over the edge and telling the potential customer to get lost and then block them on the phone, how can you possibly engage in life saving teaching techniques? But you have just confirmed the negative comments I have heard.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!

No, the question was not asked "over and over." I asked once and wanted to clarify again, which is reasonable to do. But what if it was - why would that bother you? Furthermore, your text individual didn't even know what my appointment time was. I provided it without getting insecure and upset - why can't you?And what do you do if a student has to ask a question 'over and over?" Tell them to get lost and go somewhere? If you're that ignorant and unprofessional, you don't belong teaching. Made a complaint to the appropriate entity. So relieved I will not be giving you my money. Your bad reviews are just and correct, and I will pass on to other hospital staff.
