I attended this primary school over 30 years ago when I was a young lad and it has completely been renovated to what I remember when I was there! At St Silas you can be assured the teachers place great emphasis upon the well-being and personal development of every child, basing everything they do on their faith values. Loving God and each other is at the heart of the school. But on the same-hand, they also celebrate the diversity of the local community and work with parents to ensure they meet the needs of each child - Amazing! Overall, I can honestly say that the school do provide a well- resourced, broad and balanced curriculum with lots of opportunities to widen our child’s experiences through an extensive range of trips, visitors and extra activities. If you are considering sending your child them you will be pleased to know that the school do encourage you to come and visit them to see the quality of education and care given to the children within an award- winning school building. They would love to show you around the school and answer any questions.
