The instructor was prompt, friendly and extremely thorough. My staff came out feeling really prepared for an emergency. We particularly got a lot of actual CPR practice. I wish we had been a little more prepared for the practice! Overall, worth the experience.

The process of getting certified is very easy. My Instructor Eunice very Helpful and was there if I needed anything. I would highly recommend going through this company to get certified in any of their courses that they offer. I will definitely be using this company to renew my certifications when needed.
